We're looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Senior Bungy Jump Master / Bungy Specialist to join our team for the 2027 season.

 

Season: 26th March – 31st October 2027

 

What we're looking for:

  • A fully qualified and experienced Senior Bungy Jump Master / Specialist
  • Strong technical expertise, excellent safety awareness and the ability to manage daily site operations
  • Leadership skills, professionalism and a genuine passion for Bungy Jumping
  • Fluency in English; German, French or Italian would be a great advantage
  • A positive, outgoing personality and a true team spirit

Be part of the action at one of the world's most spectacular Bungy Jumping locations – the legendary Verzasca Dam in Ticino, Switzerland, famous for the iconic James Bond GoldenEye jump!

 

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist / Allrounder to join our team for the 2027 season.

 

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and like being part of a small, dedicated team, this could be the perfect job for you!

 

Position: Seasonal, part-time / hourly wage - 26th March until 31st October 2027

Working hours: Primarily Friday, Saturday and Sunday, approximately 13:00–17:00 (12:00 on Saturdays). Additional shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays may be required, particularly during July and August.

 

Your role – right at the heart of the action! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important part in making their Bungy Jumping experience unforgettable.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out
  • Handling payments for Bungy Jumps and merchandise
  • Managing GoPro cameras, downloading and preparing jump videos
  • Taking last-minute bookings using our FileMaker reservation system
  • Responding to emails and phone calls, even during busy jumping operations
  • Supporting the team with general organisation, tidiness and maintenance of the workplace
  • Occasionally assisting the Jump Master with equipment and jump operations, following appropriate training

What we're looking for:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • The ability to stay calm, professional and welcoming, even when things get busy
  • Flexibility, initiative and a hands-on attitude
  • Team spirit, loyalty and a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Excellent English skills and preferably German (minimum B2), Italian & French 

 

Practical requirements:

You live in Ticino or have accommodation nearby. You have a Swiss or EU passport (with CH work permit) and your own means of transport. No previous Bungy Jumping experience is required for the receptionist position.
